BrainwaveX Deep Sleep
BrainwaveX Deep Sleep is a brainwave light therapy for improving deep sleep / Slow-wave sleep (SWS).
Deep sleep is the constructive phase of sleep for recuperation of the mind-body system in which it rebuilds itself after each day. It is considered important to consolidate new memories.
BrainwaveX Deep Sleep stimulates the brain stem, hippocampus and hypothalamus which plays a key role in deep sleep and states of consciousness.
BrainwaveX Deep Sleep consist of two sessions.
Session1 is 3:30 minutes.
Session2 is 3:30 minutes.

At first, you may find the light sessions a little unusual. Give it a couple of days to acclimatize yourself.
Recommended frequency of use:
Therapies with 1 session:
• 1st 7 days, 1 session daily
• 2nd 7 days, 1 session every 2 days
• 3rd 7 days, 1 session every 3 days
Therapies with 2 sessions:
• 1st 10 days, 1 session daily
• 2nd 10 days, 1 session every 2 days
• 3rd 10 days, 1 session every 3 days
Day 1 session 1, day 2 session 2, day 3 session 1, day 4 session 2, day 5 session 1 etc.
Therapies with 3 sessions:
• 1st 15 days, 1 session daily
• 2nd 15 days, 1 session every 2 days
• 3rd 15 days, 1 session every 3 days
Day 1 session 1, day 2 session 2, day 3 session 3, day 4 session 1, day 5 session 2 etc.
In 10 to 15 days you should have great improvement in your symptoms. If not but feel some positive effects, keep doing the sessions every day.
Every 10 or 15 days it is the best to stop using the therapy for few days and feel the level of your progress. If your symptoms won't return, you can go to the next level using the treatment, one session every 2 days.
Level 1: every day one session.
Level 2: every 2 days one session.
Level 3: every 3 days one session.
Level 4: every 4 days one session.
Level 5: every 5 days one session.
Level 6: every 6 days one session.
Level 7: every 7 days one session.
The effect of each session lasts more than a day.
You can listen to the same session again after minimum 3 hours.
Listen to a different session at least after 12 hours!
Be gentle and do not overdo the entrainment.
Give your brain time to process and time to rest!
Remember, brainwave entrainment is based on experience, meaning that you know that it's working because you actually feel it.
